Yandex map: cluster icon does not disappear when zoomed in, how to treat?

There are a lot of markers on the map - we combine clusters into groups.
Sometimes, when a group is approached by clicking, zooming occurs, but the cluster icon does not disappear, although it should disappear and markers should appear instead.
Why?

If you click on the classter, a field opens like this:

Because the marks are so close that they do not fall apart even at the maximum scale.
