Yandex bug bounty ignores me. What to do?

Actually, the next problem.
At the end of December 2017, I found an XSS vulnerability on Yandex. Contacted bugbounty, described the problem. The presence of a vulnerability in Yandex was confirmed, and they promised to pay the Nth amount of rubles. Just asked to provide bank details for the transfer.
I left the details, scans, etc. But then the holidays began, and everything dragged on. I received a message that my payment details were accepted only on January 12th. OK. And since then, the Yandex bugbounty has been dynamite me hard. There is no money either. I wrote to them many times by mail, reminded them of my existence. I did not receive a single message in response.
To be honest, I'm somewhat upset by this situation. I would like to hear advice on what can be done in a similar situation in order to receive, as I believe, the money I honestly earned?
