Hello, as you know, YAN has suspended registration for individuals from Ukraine, perhaps there are some intermediary services? Or is there no way to register now?

I can’t even imagine what intermediaries can be in this case ... Unless they are scammers.
In YAN, registration and moderation of a specific site is carried out with the execution of a specific contract with payments to a specific person. Everything else is a violation of the agreement with the YAN.
Look for alternatives.
