Xupnpd and HLS streams?

Can you please tell me how can I make the 'upnpd service work with HLS streams? Or tell me how you can organize iptv in HLS format on a philips 46 fpl 5007k/12 TV ? Perhaps there is a service like udpxy to convert HLS to HDS?
From the funds given:
1) Actually the Philips 46 fpl 5007k/12
TV itself 2) MK808 mini computer flashed in ubuntu, on which xupnpd is currently running, hanging HDS streams on the TV.
3) TPLINK TL-WDR3600 router
