There is a system, screefetchwhich is presented in the screenshot.

Recently, I started having problems with the transition to standby mode. Sometimes the system goes into standby mode, while not stopping the fans, and the POWER LED does not start blinking as expected, but continues to burn.
Attempts to get out of this mode lead to nothing. Saves only hard reset.

ACPI problem.
There was this on Fedora 4 years ago, which leads to two conclusions:
1. The problem is cross-distributive;
2. The problem is not solved.
Tweak acpi, try to boot without it, forget about standby mode, go to a normal OS. Nothing more can be advised.
