XSLT cache extension not working?

Tried installing XSLCache .
It seems that everything was installed from hell as it should, but the site does not work.
Apache log is written in error
[Mon Nov 22 16:11:42 2010] [notice] child pid 25643 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
and error 502 is shown
The problem appears only when using XSLTCache, if you use XsltProcessor then everything is ok.
Has anyone experienced this?
