Recommend a good free XSLT processor for .NET with XSLT 2.0 support (System.Xml.Xsl.XslCompiledTransform only works with XSLT 1.0).
Also wondering what engines are available for PHP and Python (good and free, with support for XSLT 2.0).
Saxon is often mentioned, but it seems to be paid.

For PHP, definitely not (because it uses libxslt, which only supports XSLT 1.0).
