XML editor?

Prompt the convenient program for editing xml. With good interactivity similar to Excel.
PS Excel is not satisfied with the fact that there are a lot of problems with reverse export.

To be honest, your question made me think a little ... I always used either text editors, or I implemented the creation of xml in my code, as a small piece of software. If a text editor is suitable for your purposes, then I can advise Sublime Text or Notepad ++. All of these products have many plugins, and there are probably some for convenient XML editing.
