I think Kernighan, Richie. The C language will suit you perfectly. Good book. I read it myself, it's like bible C
In addition to Kernighan and Ritchie's book, I would recommend The Practice of Programming by Kernighan and Pike, a very entertaining read, I learned a lot for myself.
There is also an old, but very well-proven manual on Xia - Programming in the C language. V. V. Podbelsky, S. S. Fomin .
