XFS on Windows
There is a disk, connected via USB, formatted in XFS, it contains the files I need.
How to read it in Windows (seven 64 bit). I used to do it somehow, download some drivers and it worked, but that was about 3 years ago. Now I can’t find anything or I’m looking in the wrong place / not looking for it.
It is clear that I can open it and mount it in an Ubuntu virtual machine (in theory), but this is not a solution.
As an option, it would be nice to convert it to NTFS with saving all the data on it, is there such software in nature?

You, by chance, did not use the Crossmeta driver.
In short, about connecting XFS to Windows, I think that only a virtual machine or coLinux can really help. Source, for example, here . In general, this opinion is quite widespread on the Internet, as far as I read.
Reconversion, as such, is hardly possible. But with the help of the same virtual machine with linux and enough space on the hard drive (for example, removable) - you can merge the data, format and upload the data back.
