Xdebug + FPM what's wrong?

I'm working on a bunch of nginx-fpm, the latter is configured to keep several kids, no matter how many. When I start debugging in the IDE, I can’t open any page from the server, the whole chain is waiting for me to stop debugging, and so on until the gateway timout fails. I hang up the phone in the IDE - requests continue to be processed. Can you tell me what's stopping you from processing the request? Free php kids fpm has, what's the problem?
