Xcode. How to run the application on a physical device (without a developer account)?

Good afternoon, who knows how to run test applications on an IOS device without a developer account? Everything seems to be done as it should, but at startup it says "Unable to install". As I understand it, you need to sign a certificate for the device, but I don’t have any certificate. Thank you!

Eeeee... Maybe I'm behind the times, but in order to debug on a real device, a developer account is _needed_.
A subscription for those same sacred $99 is not required, but the developer account itself (free) is needed to sign.
Many people confuse a developer account, which is free to start, and an enroll for a paid program, which is needed to publish in the AppStore, which costs $99 per year.

It has long been possible to run applications on a device without an account. Look for a problem.
Perhaps you are compiling the app with the new version of ios, and not the old device.
