X-Frame-Options :SAMEORIGIN interferes with Yandex Metrica webvisor?

nginx+apache
now

<IfModule headers_module>
       Header set X-Content-Type-Options nosniff
       Header set X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
</IfModule>

1s-Bitrix requires installation X-Frame-Options :SAMEORIGINand, in principle, he is right.
However, at the same time, the webvisor in Yandex Metrica is cut down.
Question:
How to allow only the Yandex bot to enter, most likely through allow ?
Or how to disable the directive (since it is required to disable it and not remove it from the config, since additional directives in each site are added to the file and do not replace the current ones, then something like X-Frame-Options : allow-all but there is no such directive ;( or I I didn't find it, does anyone know?

For BitrixVM in BitrixVM, this is done in the nginx/bx/conf/bitrix.conf file
