WYSIWYG text editor with file upload option?

Hello!
There is an input <textarea>, I want to attach a text editor like bootstrap-wysiwyg to it, but there are additional requirements that this editor does not provide out of the box, namely: uploading a file and inserting a link to this file in the place where the cursor was previously in the textarea , approximately like this:

Actually I wanted to ask if there are already ready-made similar solutions, well, or not necessarily 'completely' ready ...

I found an option out of the box: Froala Editor , shareware and after a couple of manipulations, it becomes completely free... =)
