Wrong location display on iOS?

I live in the countryside in a private house. There is an asus wl500gp v2 router through which I go online with an iPad without 3G. Until recently, the tablet and iPod could not find my location, and after I flashed the router with DD-WRT firmware, both devices show a false location in all applications.

I myself am in the Perm region, if you look at the screen, then in the upper left corner, and all applications show that I am in Chelyabinsk.
How can I make it show the correct location or, as before, that I could not find where I am at all?

From the above, we can conclude that the location is determined by the WiFi MAC / SSID. Keep the GPS turned on for a while and / or (depending on the desire to experiment / see a similar post from a person from Chelyabinsk) change the MAC of the router. Probably, after some time, the Apple servers will process the new information and begin to determine the coordinates even without GPS.

In general, the probability of binding by IP address is high. And not by MAC / SSID
Therefore, the question is how is the router connected to the Internet? Such problems with a high degree of probability can appear in the mobile Internet.
