Wrong location?

Hello, I recently received a new phone and ran into a problem, it determines my location in France, although I live in Spain, therefore I cannot use mobile communications due to roaming, what could be the problem and how to solve it?

Didn't look at the map, but if you live in a border area, then the phone may choose a stronger network signal - from abroad.
The solution is to set the network selection in the phone settings manually (not automatically).
