What would you choose to develop Windows applications with a beautiful, user-friendly responsive interface? WPF write logic in C# or HTML5 and CSS and write logic in Javascript (Electron.js).
What do you think is better, more convenient, gives more opportunities in the process of developing an application design?

WPF. Plus, C# + Xamarin is much better for cross-platform mobile development than HTML5.

Looking for what. If you are creating a graphical application under Windows, then you can choose WPF. If you need your application to be available on all platforms, then HTML5

I would choose WPF. Lots of options out there. I did not see how it looks on tablets, but it supports touch screens. For design, there is generally where to turn around.
