wpf opening in webbrowser site?

Tell me, what would the site open in WebBrowser?
I'm making a program that will fill in the fields and press ok.

There was an identical problem in general and did not solve it, although everything worked fine in winforms.
Essentially, the webbrowser is a leftover from the better way to use third-party components.
