WP Why is the "old" home page showing?

I go to the site from a search engine or incognito and see that the main page is a sample of four days ago.
1) I go to any other page of the site, then back to the main page
2) I add +/index.php
In both cases, everything is OK, the current version of the page opens.
There are no cache plugins and never were. There was hide-my-wp, but now removed.
www.webpagetest.org - sees relevant, googlebot - no.

I will assume that the old main index.html, and in .htaccess there is an order in the instruction DirectoryIndex index.html index.php . Swap them.
