WP themes displaying incorrectly?

Guys, such a question. I go to the off-topic theme repository on WP, select a theme, for example, this one https://ru.wordpress.org/themes/orfeo/ and my theme preview is different from that one in the picture. What do I see when I click on view topic. The picture is always the main page, and when I switch to view, the records are displayed there, the sidebar is on the left, but not what is in the picture. Is that how it's supposed to be?)
