wp super cache does not work on wordpress 4.9.1

Turning off plugins and changing the theme does not help, tell me what could be the problem?

Check your site at https://validator.w3.org and fix the errors, you have a bunch of closing tags without corresponding opening tags. It's possible that this is why it doesn't work.
