WP REST API. cordova. How to make an authorization?

I am developing an application on framework 7. I have wordpress on the back.
We need such functionality: the user logs in and receives data about himself. For example, first name.
I'm using the WP REST API. How to properly authorize, generate a token and pass it to the /wp-json/wp/v2/users/me page?
