wp_posts in wordpress?

Hello. I'm interested in wp_posts in WordPress. How effective is it with a huge amount of data? For example, in WordPress, all posts are placed in the wp_posts table. She is just huge. There are still all sorts of drafts and other garbage. All installed plugins, including the forum, post to the wp_posts table. She just puffs up. I'm scared that she'll burst. How effective is this approach in data storage? In other CMS, when it is also saved in one table. Thank you.
