WP English localization?
I have almost all plugins in English, apparently WP was originally installed in English, and then Russian was selected as the main language. And due to English localization, plugins are displayed in English.
What can be done to fix this?

It depends on the plugins themselves and whether the translation is implemented separately for the admin and frontend.
You can try to do this:
1. Go to the address wp-content/languages/plugins/
2. Find the necessary plugins that need to be translated, see if there is Russian localization for them.
3. Swap Russian and English translation files, for example wp-super-cache-es_ES.mo and wp-super-cache-es_ES.po with wp-super-cache-ru_RU.mo and wp-super-cache-ru_RU.po . It will define the language as English, but in the end it will be Russian.
Hello!
1) check the language of the site in the admin panel (Settings - General)
2) check the presence of the Russian language for a specific plugin in the .mo format in the folder with the plugin in the languages directory (po || pot formats do not play a role)
3) add to wp-config. phpdefine ('WPLANG', 'ru_RU');
