Wp_editor why image for custom type is not added?

Good afternoon. There is a custom post type. On a separate page for editing it is wp_editor. When uploading an image by the author, the media window gives an error: "Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post."
The role for the author is set (although it is by default), images are loaded from the console for both posts and this post type. Admin loaded and from this page. The problem occurs only for a single page with wp_editor and only for authors.
