Would it be better to make articles under one key?

In general, the whole point:
The site has a category with answers to questions (a site on medical topics). There is a semantic core with keywords in the form of questions (with frequencies and competition). Is it worth making a separate article for one question, or is it better to insert it into one large article, for example, with information about a disease?

I would do this:
All questions - you need to sort into groups according to the keys and their synonyms.
For each group: 5-6 top synonyms of the key in the text in one article.
