Working with the Telegram API (MTProto + JS + PHP), what is the best way?

Good evening everyone.
The situation is this, there is an application that should work with the Telegram API.
Get information about the user, the ability to register him, etc.
The front-end is written in Angular 4, so I would like to make requests to the API from the front-end.
The back-end is written in Yii2, it would be nice to get data from there via the API.

Now the question is:
are there any libraries or packages for convenient work with the Telegram API from PHP or JavaSciprt?
