Working with 16/8/2 floating point numbers in Ruby - how to get around the problem?

Hello Habr!
There was a task of work in Ruby with 16/8/2-ary floating-point numbers. Ruby only supports floats with 10's. If there is a way around this problem?

Use BigDecimal .
