Working on UpWork Web/Android with no work experience?

Hello!
I am 21 years old, I am finishing my 4th year at a local institute and working remotely with a layout. I want to move into development, but the situation is such that there are no IT companies in my city.
There is no opportunity to move to a big city yet, but to work as a developer - my eyes burn :)
Therefore, I look towards UpWork. I have no problems with English, but I'm afraid that being a freelancer, I won't have:
1. Code review.
2. An experienced mentor.
3. Experience in teamwork (which is not very scary at first).
I'm afraid to go and write bad code that, although it will do its job, will not be extensible and beautiful enough. What will play a cruel joke in the future.
Request from the community:
- Give advice to the young padawan, maybe someone got into a similar situation.
- How to write more or less sane code (books, courses, resources)?
- What are the prospects for employment in leading companies after freelancing?
Knowledge:
HTML, CSS(SCSS) - excellent.
JavaScript (jQuery) - at the level of plug-ins, validation, and whistles - alterations))
PHP - Basics, OOP. I work on MVC framework with routing. I am learning Laravel.
MySQL - Basics. (Select, delete, update, etc.)
In the future, master Ajax and XML.
In the long term - dive into Java and move to Java EE. (Office)
Also in the distant future - development for Android. (Freelance)

Upwork is not waiting for you, there is a sufficient number of low-paid workers in any profile. Or you will receive the lowest ratings and low pay, and, as already written above, merge.
Freelancing and working in a company can become mutually exclusive factors, that is, after working as a freelancer for a couple of years, you will not be able to get a job in a company, since the professional level will not rise, and time will pass.
I see options like this for you:
In any case, there are options. Good luck!

HTML , CSS(SCSS) - excellent.

wherein
Don't you think that these are mutually exclusive points?
And according to the subject, the recipe is simple - write free trial projects for yourself, put the source code in free access. So get advice, experience, and a resume.

and that you are disabled and you have no legs and therefore you cannot move to a big city?
Without experience on upwork, there is nothing to catch on reviews, you will sit down, and you won’t be able to open a second account, since they are all verified.
