Working asterisk from different IPs?

Good day
There is a vps on centos with two interfaces venet0:0 and venet0:1
, each has its own static ip
how to make packets go to one server (for example 1.2.3.4) via venet0:0, and to the second (4.3.2.1) through venet0:1
is done at the asterisk level or do you need to specify routes?
thank you in advance

@stavinsky

You answered your own question.
Just a static route. The only question is that the server to which you are connecting also knows which route to send the packet to you.
Asterisk currently does not know how to separate routes, and it is hardly technically possible.
