Work in Yandex (support operator), is it worth it?

Work in Yandex (support operator), is it worth it?
Due to health reasons, I will not be able to work in the office for quite a long time. And in order not to sit idle, I decided to post a vacancy on hh, I previously worked in support of one of the hosting, and marked it (I mean the position being made in a vacancy marked remote work).
A few days later they unsubscribed from Yandex, they said that I was coming up, they sent me a link to fill out the questionnaire, I filled out everything and sent it (it was in the evening). In the morning they unsubscribed, threw off the access to sandbox.toloka.yandex (I didn’t know about it before :)), it contains several test tasks. They said do it and within 14 calendar days there will be an answer.
Well, before doing it, I decided to read the reviews and got a little crazy :). True, the reviews were not for the support service operator, but for assessors, copywriters, and a call center operator. But straight tin is natural.
And here I sit and think, is it worth it? After all, there can be a double-edged sword:
• This is a huge corporation and such negative reviews are associated with competition in the market, where they are trying to cheat their reputation as best they can.
• On the other hand, it is quite possible for the company itself to treat its employees (especially the lower echelons) as "nearly free" labor, which can be manipulated to your heart's content.
Therefore, I decided to ask, is there anyone who worked in Yandex exactly remotely, is it worth it? Or score?

Yandex has a very bestial attitude towards staff.
I heard some good reviews from programmers and managers a little above average.
But for everyone else - processing, low salary, cutting bonuses for sick leave, they are not allowed to go on vacation.
In your conditions, I would try, you will always have time to quit. But don't be too optimistic.

So any large company with a large staff of specialists in routine activities when communicating with people (read in any technical support). Such departments are a business tool that is constantly trying to optimize or force them to bring additional income. As a rule, people work in such divisions for a year and a half, and then they either leave for other departments, or completely leave the company.
The abundance of negative reviews is the result of a high turnover. People come, they think it’s free office work, but in fact they get a mountain of KPIs, strict digitization and an abundance of requirements / regulations. To make a decision on employment, you need to understand the nature of the department, what is expected of you there and how much you can work there. Otherwise, you will also write negative reviews)

Some kind of bullshit, Yandex pays under an employment contract, fulfills its prescribed duties, you get money

I almost never heard good reviews about Yandex, even from progers, to say nothing about operators who are considered second-rate people in it companies.

There are not many options:
1. Either something or nothing.
2. If time allows - look for other alternatives and then compare.

I work in those Yandex support remotely. I would not agree with the speakers above.
Registration under an employment contract at Yandex LLC. Holidays are paid, management is adequate, tasks are interesting. With a 4-5 hour working day, I get 30-35k gross. For distance I think it's ok.
PS Assessors can really be registered in Anchor, and not in Yandex.

I did not work at Yandex, but in your situation, I would personally agree. In any case, this is not eternal slavery, if you don’t like it, you can quit. In principle, Yandex is a fairly large and normal IT company, if the work goes on, then maybe you will switch to something more interesting and profitable there.

however, in other call centers, it’s no better to
look at work as a waiter’s job ... also at McDonald’s

Have you ever heard. What would a living person unsubscribe tasks interesting. The bot is FAKE, the toastmaster is good and the contests are interesting. Nonsense piecework payment, which means you will not receive anything. The bottom line is that as many people as possible take the test and, in fact, work for free and click on their requests. Profit!!!
