In the product card, it is necessary to implement the following functionality: so that the user can specify the quantity of goods for each size (product attribute). Each size has its own quantity of goods, when added to the cart, everything is naturally considered as a separate product, since the original product is grouped and consists of products with different sizes of the same clothing model being sold.

Just add the number of inputs you need for variations, and then use Javascript to throw the quantity from the input into the quantity parameter in the add to cart link.
