There is a WordPress landing page, Impreza theme, Visual Composer installed. The plugin for multilingual qTranslate-X is installed.
The page has a block with a contact form ("contact form" element in Visual Composer).

There is a problem with the translation. In Russian and English, everything is fine, but in the Ukrainian field of messages and the phone is not translated.

Tell me, at least where to dig. I opened the translation files, but I did not find the text that is not translated.

As I understand it, you want to transfer visas. editor in Ukrainian Have you tried opening pot po mo files with PoEdit or Loco translate?
And for qtranslate-x there is an add-on for visas. editor, which "turns on" the multilingual mode. In general, it's better to use the WPML plugin instead of qtranslate-x. Less hemorrhoids
