Wordpress user authorization not working, how to solve?

Hey!
I decided to use WordPress as a library in the project, that is, I connect 'libs/core/wp-load.php'
If you log in '/libs/core/wp-login.php' and then go to the root of the site, WordPress cannot identify the user , although "/libs/core/wp-admin" comes in fine.
How can you decide?
