Я хочу разрабатывать темы для wordpress на продажу. Нужен дизайнер, тк я в этом направлении не профессионал. Есть ТЗ(более-менее). С дизайнерами никогда не работал, есть пару вопросов.
1. Как часто дизайнеры работают на основе % от продаж?
2. Сколько % от заработка можно предложить дизайнеру, с учетом того что 1 разработчик и 1 дизайнер.
3. Где лучше искать, соц сети, форумы?
P. S. я ищу не профессионала, а начинающего. Знаю что на таких условиях опытные работать не будут.
