Wordpress site, user registration module, emails are not coming, why?

Wordpress site, connecting various plugins for user registration (namely Login With Ajax and WP Register Profile With Shortcode), I liked Login With Ajax more. But everywhere the same jamb. in Login Ajax registration of the form email and login, you enter this and a password should come to the email. But the password does not come, no emails come at all, I tried different mail services. The site is not on the Internet, but on a local server (Open Server), maybe because of this? Or did I miss something else. Thanks in advance.

The open server puts mail in the form of text files in the email folder, it does not know how to send. I don't remember where it lies exactly, I jumped off it. In the openserver settings, look at the mail tab.
