Wordpress site takes a long time to open. How to treat?
Hello, Khabrovites!
There is a site on WordPress - here it is . There are only 4 plug-ins currently working on the site, one of them is W3 Total Cache, which caches and compresses everything that is possible. The theme is used by the paid BeTheme. Also installed and configured pagespeed module for Apache server, LAMP server on OS Ubuntu 16.04 (Digital Ocean). The problem is that the site admin panel works like a rocket, and the site itself does not load decently for a long time. Can you please help me figure out what the problem is and how to fix it?
Thanks in advance for any help!

On the main page, a lot of things (fonts and pictures) are loaded from other sites, and not from yours, for example
urgentwritings.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/home... it can take more than 600ms to load
and 2 more pictures from the same site and so on, in general,
take measurements of the speed of a site such as gtmetrix or pingdom and look at their recommendations and their report, and so on.
1) Check on GoogleSpeedTest . It gives recommendations on what can be changed.
Basically it is:
- Compressing images
- Minifying css styles and js scripts (you can run files in online services)
2) Try running the site on a different hosting.
ps my site loads within the normal 1-2 sec.
Check your internet speed too.
