Wordpress plugin gives js error, how to fix it?

Good afternoon. installed the Tooltips plugin, it works but gives a couple of errors in js, including
jQuery(...).qtip is not a function
jQuery(...).directory is not a function


And for these errors, further scripts also cannot work, (Checked, turned off the plugin, everything works). The question is how to remove these errors, because they are displayed automatically
