Some more changes.
And then I save everything, I go to the site, everything is displayed links correct in blogs html widget is present.
And as soon as I exit the admin panel and go to the site, all changes disappear.
What is the magic?*

Do you happen to have the Fastest Cache plugin installed?))) In this plugin there is an item "cache the site" and "do not cache the site for admins and authorized users". Here, you enter the site and see the non-cached version, exit and see the cached version. In general - clear the plugin cache. Look for plugins:
fastest cache, w3 total cache, ninja pagespeed, wp rocket etc.
PS Do not confuse it with the
PPS browser cache, one of my clients somehow managed to cache important edits and every time he cleared the cache he lost his data and complained that the site was not working properly)))
