WordPress: how to change file upload folder?

Hello!
Installed WordPress on the hosting in the "wordpress" subfolder.
How to force WordPress to go back one folder (from the folder where wp-config.php is located) and build the path from there?
Now I'm doing this (some kind of imitation of a relative link): But it doesn't work... Maybe you can somehow process it with a regular expression through ? I can't figure it out... Thank you very much!

Can be changed using the WP Original Media Path plugin .
