WordPress error "Set MySQL=forced and Ignore MySQL ping = true"?

I go to the site, and there I am greeted with a white page with "Set MySQL=forced and Ignore MySQL ping = true" what could be the problem?

Are you using the HTracer plugin? Try updating it or turning it off if you don't need it.
To test this, ftp to the wp-content/plugins folder and look for a folder called HTracer or something similar and try to temporarily rename it.
