Wordpress Elementor works with addons. What to do?

When installing and activating the addon plugin, Elementor simply stops launching. That is, I press the "edit in Elementor" button and it takes me to a blank page. It can be any addon. Even one that works on other sites.
There is one warning in the System Information menu: Elementor Library: Not connected (HTTP Error (403))

There is also this error in Debug:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'indexOf' of null
      at http://мой_сайт.com.ua/wp-content/plugins/elementor/assets/js/editor.min.js?ver=2.0.16 - 2:27537

I don't know, maybe that's the problem.
