Good evening, I am writing this question because I just started working with CMS WP, and I can’t ask Google the right questions. I liked the theme and everything in it is good, I started working and realized that I couldn’t find where to put the background image or at least make a picture in the header. searched but did not find. The idea came to add handles, but as I understand it, the html file cannot be found there (am I right?) so write how to add backgrounds to the topic? (OceanWP theme)
