wordpress 404 pages not showing?

when in wordpress I set the parameter in the permalinks "Simple" ( http://site.ru/?p=123)
Everything works
As soon as I give the pages a permalink, then this link 404 and the simple one everything works.
( http://site.ru/page-name)
What could be the problem. Rights 777 to everything

If you have friendly aliases disabled in the global config, then no matter what alias you give to pages, it will not work. Dig towards the main system config.
