Word licensing check fails when opening attachments from 1C. How to track launch attributes?

Hello colleagues.
Faced an interesting problem:
On the terminal server, when launching attachments from 1C, I get a message
At the same time, starting MS Word in the usual way, everything works fine.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
I assume that when opening attachments from 1C, the launch occurs with some parameters / attributes that generate this error? Is it possible to trace it?

Opening any file from mail or other applications what happens?

They open perfectly.
I noticed this only in 1C.
