What field type is o_mark? and what is its length if it is a text field? If the request takes more than a few seconds, the index on this field is most likely not configured.
A table with less than 1,000,000 entries is not really big, in this case there is obviously a problem with the setup.
See if the field is too long, if the field fits in 30 characters - put 30, do not make index fields "with a large margin". This loads the fetch and bloats the index.
Well and sobsno create an index on the field.
