Woocommerce check available for delivery to address?

Hello! There is a wp site, worth Woocommerce. The task is to ensure that when placing an order, entering personal data, when a person enters an address, there should be a check whether delivery is available at the address that the person entered!
This is a restaurant that delivers food. It serves one district in Moscow. The meaning of all this is that when entering the address, the system checks if there is such an address in such and such a district, then the person could place an order, if there is no such address, then he could not complete the order.
How can this actually be implemented? Manual or plugin? Give me the right directions, please .. I googled, I didn’t find anything sensible.
I heard that it can be implemented through Yandex.Maps, but I didn’t find anything sensible either.
