Woocommerce ajax price update on product page?

Greetings connoisseurs. There is a problematic case, the answer to which I can not find on the Internet. Attention question.

The product page has a value-added radiobotton. I need to:
1) when clicking on the radiobotton ajax, update the cost of the product in the db
or
2) when clicked, dump the result into input and update the cost when adding to the cart

I can’t find how to update the cost on the product page. A bunch of information on how to update in the cart, but it doesn't suit me. Need it on the product page.
