Woocommerce affiliate link changing symbol & to #038;?

I want to add partner products to my products in my store (ozon affiliate program) and faced the following problem:
I create an External / Affiliate product and enter the link:

https://www.ozon.ru/.../?from=prt_xml_facet&partner=text&utm_content=partner_xml

It seems that everything is as it should be, when you click it, you go to the partner store, but the transition itself is not counted ... I
looked at the product code and found that the problem is as follows:

form class="cart" action="https://www.ozon.ru/.../?from=prt_xml_facet&#.038;partner=text&#.038;utm_content=partner_xml" method="get"

those. when the button is clicked, the form above is sent, the ampersand is replaced by #038; and therefore the transition is not counted.
& tried, does not help.
I dug up the entire search engine and did not find the answer ..
Tell me, please, is it possible to somehow escape the ampersand so that it does not change?
