With the knowledge of which MVC framework is more likely to find a job in the Russian-speaking segment?

I live in the region. The situation in the local market (in the city) is as follows: there is only a demand for a coder with knowledge of PHP at the level of pulling the layout on Bitrix daily in the office from 9 to 17 for 25 tr. in the long term career growth up to 40 thousand. This path does not appeal - I decided to pave my own. I have knowledge of layout (adaptive on flexbox), REST API implementation on the Node (Express) stack, MongoDB, I also output data to the client side via Pug. I know vanilla javascript and jquery. OOP, MVC pattern. A couple of completed projects on github, written in my spare time. No work experience. Translator from English by education. I'm thinking of learning the MVC framework to qualify for a Full Stack JavaScript Developer position. I want to know with the knowledge of which MVC framework is more likely to find a job in the Russian-speaking segment of Angular 2 or React? Why am I taking the Russian-speaking segment? I think it's too early to look to the West without experience. I would like to start applying for remote work and salary from 30 tr. per month

There is always an opportunity to look at sites with vacancies! You need to analyze hh.ru and moikrug.ru
According to my observations, there have always been more suitable vacancies for remote work on My circle.
ps remote filters are configured on both sites.

If PHP then Laravel will be a definite plus, if front-end then Angular 2 or React (with Redux and other stuff that is required for it)

Remote work in Russia is something of mysticism.
On freelance budgets are cheap
. I myself wanted to get a job remotely, I interviewed a bunch of companies, everywhere there were prerequisites for deception on the part of the employer.

In terms of backing in the CIS, Yii2 is definitely the leader. Recently I was looking for a job and I can say that 70% write on it.
Front - mostly written in Angular (first version). These are large companies and projects that work more by inertia ... From the actual modern - React, Vue. I chose React.
